If your property listing is not visible yet, it is usually because it is still going through Casasparati’s verification process, which normally takes up to 3 hours before the listing is approved and published.
During this time, your listing may appear as pending approval. Once the review is complete and the property is approved, it will become visible to renters on the platform.
Why listings need to be reviewed before going live
All listings are reviewed before publication to help maintain quality and trust on the platform.
This review process helps:
- maintain listing quality on the platform
- ensure property information is accurate
- check that the listing meets Casasparati’s requirements
- help prevent fraudulent or misleading listings
Because of this, new listings and listing updates may not appear immediately after submission.
How you will know when your rental listing is approved
Once your listing has passed verification:
- you will receive an email notification
- the property will appear on the platform
- renters will then be able to view the listing and contact you
